Had an A/C installed from another source. Long story short, there were some hiccups that made the A/C inoperable. Frustrated waiting for a solution from said source, I contacted Climate Comfort Heating and Cooling. Greg and his technicians came to my residence the following day and not only found the issue, but discovered that a part was defective. They did the homework of contacting the brand’s customer service and had it replaced under warranty. I never had to pick up the phone, fight with customer service, or wait for delivery at my home. Climate Comfort handled it all. A/C is working as it should now. Thanks for your promptness and help!

Greg took our call late in the afternoon and came out within the hour and diagnosed the burnt out fan motor. He had one ordered and installed by 8am next morning in the pouring rain. We own a property management company on Panama City Beach and will be using Climate Comfort for all our service needs from now on.
